Policies
Work Guarantee
All work is backed by a 1-year warranty covering labor and materials under normal use, unless otherwise discussed before the job begins.
If you supply your own materials, the warranty will only cover the installation—not the materials themselves.
Estimates
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days from the date sent.
Payment Terms
Payment Due: Payment is due within 3 days of job completion.
Deposits: For larger projects, a deposit may be required to cover material costs before work begins.
Late Fees: Payments not received within 3 days will incur a 5% late fee, assessed monthly until paid in full.
Project Scope
I am a registered and insured general contractor but not licensed for major electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work.
I’m happy to recommend trusted licensed professionals if those services are needed.
Refunds & Pausing Work
If you cancel before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded.
If work has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Quotes are based on visible conditions. If hidden issues (like water damage) are discovered, the quote may be adjusted to reflect the additional work required.
Clean-Up
Waste removal and clean-up are included in your quote unless otherwise discussed in advance.
